Returns Policy
- Item Must be returned in its original packing and with all the parts.
- Items Must not be full or Part Assembled.
- We shall inpect the item upon arrival and shall not be able to issue the refund if returns policy is not followed.
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Return Reasons:
CHANGED of MIND:
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, and you have changed your mind and you would like to return the item , please contact us via email, Phone or Whatsapp with in 14 days of the purchase. we shall arrange the collection from your address or You can arrange your own carrier to return the item back to us. Return Postage cost will be paid by the buyer for change of Mind or doesn't fit return reasons.
For hygiene and repackaging purposes, we ask that you only return items that are unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Any items that are used or returned outside of the 28-day window will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer retuns or Exchange on Mattresses due to the hygeine issues.
You are welcome to return your parcel using an alternative service, however you will be responsible for the associated postage costs, and we will not reimburse the charges incurred.
If you use your service to return the item, please keep hold of your proof of postage/collection and forward tracking details to us. we shall issue the refund within 14 days of the item returned back to us in its original packing with all the parts.
Once we receive your return, we shall inspect the item and will get back to you if something wrong with the item, or you will reiceve the refund after deduction of return postage cost (if arranged colelction from your address), if return policy is followed.
Please allow an additional 3 to 5 working days for the amount to be visible in your bank/Paypal account. If you have paid by Klarna, please contact Klarna directly to discuss your refund.
For repackaging purposes, we can only accept a return for an item that is in the original packaging in a condition suitable for resale. Any items that are used or assembled cannot be accepted for a return.
If the item has been used and/or is no longer in a resellable condition, we will be unable to proceed with your return.
Please note, unless otherwise stated by our team, delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
FAULTY or DAMAGED ITEMS:
We take a lot of pride in the quality of our products and service we provide to our customers. If you receive an item that isn’t up to our usual standards or are unhappy with the quality over time, you can let us know by sending your order details and attaching images of the fault, If you want to keep the item we are happy to send the replacement for the faulty or damaged parts. replacement parts will arrive to you in 3- 5 working days.
Faults or damage caused by misuse, Negligence or Unauthorised alterations are not eligble for free replacement parts or return.
Any item must be returned in its original packing as it was delivered.
